Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Walton County, Florida. Peach to Palms Property Group serves the Florida Panhandle and surrounding areas within Walton County and its neighboring communities.
Georgia: For transactions involving Georgia properties, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. Ty Jackson holds a Georgia real estate license and operates in compliance with the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) rules and regulations under O.C.G.A. Title 43, Chapter 40. Peach to Palms Property Group actively serves clients throughout the greater Atlanta metropolitan area and surrounding counties within approximately 50 miles of Fulton County, including: DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, Clayton, Cherokee, Forsyth, Fayette, Henry, Rockdale, Newton, Barrow, Paulding, Douglas, Carroll, Coweta, Spalding, Butts, Walton, Hall, Pickens, and Dawson counties.
If the nature of the dispute does not relate to a specific property location, Florida law shall govern by default.
